All orders will be billed at the time they are received online. If there is a backorder or special order situation we must bill your credit card at the time of purchase in order to assure your placement in the ordering process.
In stock orders ship within 24-48 hours.
All Ground orders do not have a guaranteed transit time (3-7 business days is common)
Virtually any method of shipment is available upon request. Just tell us your needs and we will try to accommodate them. We can ship parts via Next Day Air up until 3PM PST.
TeamFordParts.com cannot guarantee to have every item in our catalog in stock, nor can we guarantee that the manufacturer will maintain availability of every part listed in our catalog.
All continental U.S. orders are shipped via Fed-Ex or USPS delivery service.

All parts are guaranteed to be new and factory original. These are the same parts you would purchase from the dealer.
We DO sell parts internationally and can ship to most countries. Extra shipping fee's for international orders may apply and there are limitations in size and wieght which vary from country to country.
NV Residents will pay a 8.1 state sales tax.
Return Policy We understand that sometimes, for whatever reason, the part you needed yesterday, is no longer needed today. We will review
each case and if possible provide a refund. Some special order items are not refundable. Contact us for details. We just ask for a couple of courtesies. We cannot take back used, installed or tried parts. Parts must be resalable and in their original packaging. You will need a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number, so that we can expect the part and credit the correct account in a timely manner when it gets here. Call us at 1-800-791-6436 to arrange for any returns and obtain an RGA number. Please include a copy of your invoice with the return. We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts that we find to have been installed, are used, or do not meet the above return criteria. There is a 10% re-stocking fee charged against all returned parts.
